A 50% deposit is required to save your event date. Without the 50% deposit we can not save your event date.

Deposits paid to Blue Events Inc are not refundable. The balance due date is (5) five weeks before your event date. Without the total balance paid, your event will not be performed.

***Holiday days are subject to higher fees. To confirm the prices for holiday days, please call us before reserving.

Blue Events Inc is not responsible for any accidents that occur during the event. Blue Events Inc is not responsible for cancellations related with weather inclement, severe weather, hurricanes, and emergency conditions. We recommend a backup plan in the event of bad weather conditions.

Please, it is important to be on time and to follow your event hour schedule. Other events also have schedule for the same day. A $200.00 (two-hundred) late fee will be charged to you for a (30) thirty-minute delay. Your event could be cancelled with no refund, after (1) one hour delay of your event time. If late fee is not paid, picture CD will not be released until late fee is paid in full.

Photography and videography captured by Blue Events Inc becomes property of Blue Events Inc and can be used to our discretion for marketing and promotion purposes.

Couples are responsible to pay an appropriate permit beach fees, entrance and parking fees according to the beach rules.

In order for couples to marry in the State of Florida, they need a marriage license. You MUST purchase a Florida Marriage License from a courthouse in Florida. There is a 3- day waiting period for the license to be valid. This means you cannot marry until 3 days after receiving your Florida Marriage License. Please check courthouse for rules and cost of Florida Marriage License. Please bring the Florida Marriage License, Bride and Groom ID’s to show the notary before the ceremony. The notary will not perform the wedding ceremony without a valid Florida Marriage License and valid ID’s.
